Joy we share
Along rhine kilometer 531 we cultivate riesling vines, to anually compose wine and sparkling wine, to us and our friend's taste.
Our roots in viticulture met in Geisenheim. Since then, we develop our understanding in working with the soil, the vines, the grapes, the must and the wine.
We found friends and started a family. They are a part of our expedition to oenology.

12 Month yeast contact
Our fresh and fruity sparkling wine is composed through traditional bottle fermentation and at least 12 months of contact on the lees.

24 Month yeast contact
Our most complex and fruity sparkling wine is composed through traditional bottle fermentation and at least 24 months of contact on the lees.

At river kilometer 525, in the ruins of the Hindenburg Bridge, we created our retreat, from which we have a direct access to our vineyards and the Rüdesheim hills.
This is the place where we celebrate with our friends or after a hard day's work in the vineyard, gather strength.
